GGF-PI Tayatay, Rizal
WHO WERE THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED By Mrs. Ruth R. Buagas (This History Clipping was read during the 2nd Anniversary)
In November 1999, Pastor Noli Buagas was invited by Pastor Cezar Cajayon, one of his pastor friends, to help in conducting a regular Monday morning Bible Study for the Drivers and Helpers here in Peaksun Enterprises & Export Corporation Office. The Monday Bible Class continued but at that time Bro. Joseph Myquez was his companion for more or less than four months. Seeing the difficulties for him to catch up the 8:00 o'clock Monday morning schedule, Bro. Joseph continued conducting the Bible class with out Pastor Noli's presence. Two Spiritual Retreats for the Drivers and Helpers were held in San Pablo City of which Pastor Cezar, Pastor Noli and Brother Joseph conducted. It was during this time that two of the Drivers attended, namely Felipe Penaso and Joseph de Guzman invited Pastor Noli to visit their familiesin Palmera Hills 4 in Antipolo. So Pastor Noliarranged with these Drivers that a regular Bible Study for them and for their families be held every Sunday morning. The Sunday morning gathering was held in one of the vacant houses in that subdivision in March, 2000. It lasted for one month until we saw the need to move the gathering to another place. On the month of May 2000, Sister Emm Petersen and family visited Paranaque Grace Gospel Fellowship and they wanted to meet Pastor Noli who has been their long time friend in Southern Leyte. This family came from Hinunangan, Southern Leyte and Pastor Noli used to visit their church while he was pastoring the church in Sujrigao City. An arrangement was made that the gathering in Palmera Hills 4 will be transfered to the Petersen's residence in Baltao, Taytay Rizal. It started with just an informal Sunday morning fellowship with the Ptersen family attended. Not long after, the Petersens has to move their residence in Binangonan, Rizal. So the Sunday morning gathering held in their house was affected. After much prayer, a decision was made toask the Peaksun Office if it would be possible to hold the Sunday morning gathering in the second floor of the office building. Together with Pastor Cezar Cajayon, Pastor Noli wanted to talk to one of the owners of the company, Mr. Larry Angping but was busy at that time, so they were entertained by Mr. Mario Capulong. Bro. Mario promised to present the proposal to the Angpings. The proposal includes of a request to invite the Drivers and Helpers working in Peaksun Enterprizes & Export Corporation to attend and are welcome to join the Bible Study classes during Sunday morning. One week after, through telephone, Bro. Mario Capulong gave Pastor Noli the GO signal to use this perimeter. So that in the last Sunday of August, 2000, the first regular Sunday morning worship and fellowship was held in this room. Seeing the need for an assistance especially on time when Pastor Noli cannot come during some sundays because he was also overseeing GGF Paranaque, he requested Brother Joseph to sometimes take his place during his absence. It was agreed that Brother Joseph will be in-charge in contacting and encouraging the Drivers and Helpers and Pastor Noli will do much of his part to contact and encourage the outsiders, meaning the non-Peaksun workers, to come and join the fellowship during Sundays. On January 2001, we prayed for someone to take Pastor Noli's place as pastor of GGF Taytay as there was a call to open a new congregation in Imus, Cavite. Thus he invited Pastor Richard Haictin to come and be a part of the work as an Associate Pastor of this little congreagation. Pastor Richard accepted the request and he started his pastoral responsibility last February 10, 2001. He was accepted by the group as the pastor in-charge. No available room for him to stay so he has to go home to Bulacan and will just be here mostly dumring Sunday. But there was a need for him to look for a job that can help him financially, and this prevented him to regularly be here during Sundays. Pastor Noli suspended his pioneering work in Imus, Cavite and just carry on the work here in Taytay. There were Sundays aslo that Pastor Rod Crescencio, the incumbent pastor of GGF-Paranaque, exchange pulpit with Pastor Noli. The work here continued with the active participation of the people who became members and officers of this felloeship. (they will be officially installed to their offices later on) We have seen several people hear the Word of God taught and preached in this place thus the purpose of this fellowship is to reach the drivers, helpers and people outside of this comapny to Christ. God ha been so faithful in the spreading of His Word, and He used Taytay-GGF to be one of His instruments. TO GOD BE THE GLORY, FOR GREAT THINGS HE HATH DONE. PRAISE TO HIS WONDERFUL NAME.

God's Greatest Business...
Yes, He has a business. It is to save sinners. "For the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost" Luke 19:10. This is the greatest business because it cost His own life. He came and He died for our sins. The Apostle Paul called it the Gospel. 1 Corinthians 15:1-3. This is His wonderful grace to all men. Titus 2:11. Anyone recieves this grace by faith will be saved. Ephesians 2:8. He wants to save the losts and that includes every person in this world. And those who have recieved Him by faith are forgiven of their sins, recieves eternal life, became His children and are given an assurance to go with Him when He comes. The Grace Gospel Fellowship Aims to proclaim this messageto everyone everywhere. We know that God is at work in reaching out the lost but He entrusted this tast to His own people. If you have been saved by His grace through faith, please know that you are part of His work. We called it ministry. Are you now involved in the Lord's Ministry? Do you have the burden to reach the lost people to Christ. Why not support and help spread the Gospel so that sinners will get saved. Remember this is God's greatest business. Be a part of it. Be His business partner. God bless you. Pastor Noli Melo Buagas
